1. Payment shall be in CHEQUE only unless otherwise provided for upon the enactment of a contract.

2. There shall be no receipt of part payment, nor shall there be delivery of any of our customized services where the due payments are not herein acknowledged.

3. Services  paid for shall be delivered on the date agreed by both parties and full payment shall be made upon delivery unless otherwise agreed by both parties at the commencement of negotiations.

4. In the event of an agreement to pay balance fees after delivery of jobs, such payment MUST not exceed 30 days; after which the client will be liable to pay 2% of the amount payable for every day the client defaults.

5. A commencement fee MUST be paid before any job is commenced hence, the job is considered to have been contracted out on the date of payment of the commencement fee which is to the tune of 75% of the full amount payable for the service rendered.The balance payment will be required at the point of delivery as stated above.

6. Retouching, remaking, re-edit or reproduction of any finished job will attract an additional charge as long as the requirement of the client has been met prior to the instruction for such additional services.
The Scope of our service to our clients shall  not exceed or be less than the detailed description provided on this document.
Mighty Jot Studios is only obliged to deliver jobs that strictly address the client's job description. Anything outside the scope of the job description will be considered as another job and will require the enactment of a separate Contract /M.O.U/ Agreement however, if the client wishes to file such excesses under the same job in progress, it will attract an additional payment prior to the completion of disbursement for the completed and delivery of the job at hand.

This agreement binds MIGHTY JOT STUDIOS and the procuring Client /Agency / Company with which it is entered into hence, terms and conditions including terms of service and prescribed payment liabilities and claims on materials provided shall not be tied to any third party.
